Get to Know Tracy
Renowned as a broker who is highly skilled at assessing the needs of her clients and implementing luxury marketing strategies that meet their objectives, Tracy Duncan is guided by personal principles centered on service, kindness, and humility. Tracy proudly serves an equal mix of buyers and sellers throughout metropolitan Phoenix from her Coldwell Banker Realty North Scottsdale location.
As a local real estate expert, Tracy takes great pleasure in solving problems for her clients, many of whom are from out-of-town and own a second home or investment property in the Phoenix area. Tracy's extensive work at market research helps these clients have confidence in buying or selling real estate in a community they may not be familiar with. As a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Tracy's clients rely heavily on her advice regarding pricing and improvements they should make to their properties before listing.
Often working with referrals from dedicated clientele and real estate professionals throughout the country, Tracy is a Certified Negotiation Expert® (CNE) and maintains great relationships with her peers to ensure that every transaction is a win for both sides. In fact, she guarantees clients and agents alike that engaging in a transaction with her will be one of the easiest, if not the easiest, they will ever experience.
Tracy works in unison with a team of experts, including a showing agent, a virtual assistant, top loan officers, leading title and escrow officers and a dedicated home-stager who provides complimentary consultative services to her clients.
Licensed since 2014, Tracy earned her broker's license in 2018. She is proud of her leadership work with the Women's Council of REALTORS®, serving as the Phoenix network President in 2018. She is also active in her local REALTORS® association of WeSERV, where she has served on the Board of Trustees and chaired committees for Member Engagement and Community Involvement. Tracy received a BS in Marketing at Norfolk State University and has won both the Coldwell Banker® Customer Service Award and numerous Sales Awards since 2016.
Tracy loves giving back to the community by supporting a local domestic violence organization that helps women and children. She has also led fundraising initiatives for the Parent-Teacher Associations and booster clubs and at her children's schools.
With a busy career, and important roles as wife and mother, Tracy finds her energy is renewed anytime she gets the opportunity to play golf. Her love for the game inspired the move to Phoenix in 2002.
